I am the owner of a property management firm here in Denver and we have SJO as our first in line preferred vendor. We have gone through about 4 “decent” electricians before SJO but over time their prices climbed and they were inconsistent. We met SJO through a bidding process on a building where 3 companies we already bid out said Xcel would require us to replace something that added about $3500 to the job. Ed, the owner of SJO, came out and actually got xcel on the phone to verify their requirements and of course, it was not needed. This is proof that Ed, who could have easily taken advantage of knowing all the other companies said this needed to be done, acted with both intelligence and integrity. I have trusted SJO to handle all of our units over the past year have consistently been impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, cost effective solutions and hard working crew. It has made our job managing so many units just little bit easier. Now if they only handled collecting our rent too……

Hey Ed and Mika…Ron and Ben did my wiring upgrade yesterday and I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with them.
